  • 1. Consultation
    * All sessions are tailored specifically to you, we will discuss ideas on posing, lighting, wardrobe, and style. We will work closely with you and learn from your ideas and expectations to make sure that your vision becomes a reality.
    * Professional hair and makeup are recommended for creating stunning portraits, and it’s not included in our packages, we have on our team hair and makeup artist to bring your vision to life at an additional cost, so you can sit back and relax before your session begins, makeup artist will be available throughout your session to touch-ups and wardrobe changes.
  • 2. We are ready to book! How do we go about doing that?
    By completing our contact form. Once this is submitted, we will send over the appropriate information to learn more about your special day
  • 3. Does my package include retouching?
    Professional retouching is included in your package, our approach is comprehensive and detailed focusing on creating natural look.
  • 4. Do you travel?
    Most definitely! we would love to discuss details with you.
  • 5. How far in advance should we book?
    ASAP, we book weddings up to a year or two in advance for early birds (we have special discounts for early birds), our policy is that we do not hold or secure a date without a signed contract and deposit.
  • 6. Do you have a team?
    We do! We have a team of photographers and lighting assistants to ensure your day is captured in every aspect.
  • 7. Do you pose your clients?
    Even if it is your first-time taking pictures, we will work with you to make you feel comfortable, beautiful, confident and empowered, we will guild you on posing, while proving a luxurious day of pampering
  • 8. When will my photos be ready?
    * 2-8 weeks. Along with sneak peeks during the first week, this timeframe allows us to edit your photos to the finest detail. Professional retouching is included in your package, our approach is comprehensive and detailed whilst focusing on creating natural look.
 * After the session, we will send you an online gallery to select your favorite images for retouching and the final retouching will be delivered within a week from the date we receive your selections.
  • 9. How many images will I receive from my wedding?
    It varies by wedding but expect anywhere between 1000-1500 images from your wedding day. We go through each image, narrow them down to tell a better story, then edit/enhance them to ensure it is a smooth process when browsing your photos.
  • 10. Do you provide videography?
    Yes we do.
  • 11. Do you provide prints?
    Yes, we do! When your gallery is delivered, you will be able to order prints from our online shop. These include, canvases, framed prints, standout prints, and much more.
  • 12. What if you can’t make it to our wedding?
    This would only happen if it were out of our control (act of God, illness, death, etc.) but in this case, we would do our best to help find a  replacement team that we trust with a similar style.
  • 13. What if we cancel or reschedule?
    Every situation is different and we work with our clients to find options. Our COVID-19 policy is that clients may transfer the retainer fee towards a new date. And if we are unable to accommodate the new date, the retainer fee will be refunded in full.
